Angie Cares

Marketing and intake site for a special-education advocacy practice, taking families from first visit to booked consultation.

The problem

Parents navigating special education, IEPs, and 504 plans often don't know what an advocate does or how to get started. Angie Cares needed a site that explains the practice in plain language and turns visitors into booked consultations.

What it does

The site walks families through the services on offer (parent advocacy, IEP and 504 guidance, special-education support, and resource navigation), sets expectations for what an engagement looks like, and moves them to a booked conversation through consultation scheduling and an online intake form. Trainings and workshops are bookable too, and every new inquiry triggers an email notification.

How it's built
