The problem

A job search runs across a dozen tools: job boards, tracking spreadsheets, resume editors, interview-prep videos, salary forums. Prepera puts the whole search in one place and adds an AI coach at every step.

What it does

Candidates search listings aggregated from major job boards, then track every application on a drag-and-drop pipeline that runs from Saved through Applied, Screening, Interview, and Offer. Email sync captures recruiter replies automatically. The AI layer tailors resumes to each role, runs practice interviews, and preps salary negotiation before the offer call.

Status

In production at preperahq.com with Stripe billing.

How it's built

Next.js and TypeScript on the front end, Supabase and Postgres behind it, with Claude and OpenAI powering the coaching features.
